TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Deposit:
A refundable deposit of R500.00 is required, charged against your credit card. The deposit will be refunded when the bike/scooter is returned on time, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was rented.

2. Driver’s License:
A valid driver’s license is required to rent and operate the bike/scooter.

3. Responsibility:
The hirer is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the bike/scooter during the rental period.

4. Use of the Bike/Scooter:
The hirer agrees to operate the bike/scooter entirely at their own risk.

5. Safety and Compliance:
The hirer must obey all traffic laws and operate the bike/scooter safely at all times.

6. Return Condition:
The bike/scooter must be returned with all accessories, in clean and working condition.

7. Prohibited Use:
The bike/scooter may not be used for any illegal activities, stunts, or any actions that may endanger the hirer or others.

8. Liability:
The rental provider is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the hirer or third parties during the rental period.

I have read, understood, and agree with, and will abide by the terms and conditions outlined on this form. All the information I have provided is true and accurate.
